Evaluate the operation of the "De La Mano Con PROSPERA" project in six locations in the States of Guerrero and Querétaro through a systematic analysis to identify how processes, subprocesses, and activities lead to achieving defined outcomes, detect bottlenecks, and highlight best practices.
