Objective:
Evaluate the operation of the TMF project in the four departments where it is implemented, through a systematic analysis of the graduation project’s operation to identify how processes, subprocesses, and activities lead to achieving defined outcomes, detect bottlenecks, and highlight best practices.

Tools:

  • Review of secondary documentation (e.g., TMF’s technical and financial proposal, population statistics from DANE, Victims Registry, association agreement No. 1291).
  • Group interviews with participants (triads).
  • Interviews with participants from focal and satellite households as part of the Life Stories.
    Field activity monitoring (home visits and group activities).
