Starting a Better Life – RCT in Honduras

Honduras
Impact Evaluation

Between 2018 and 2019, the graduation project “Starting a Better Life” (Emprendiendo Una Vida Mejor – EVM) was implemented in Honduras. Its goal was to strengthen the productive capacities of beneficiary households through financial inclusion and productive development. This project arose in response to the social protection policies of the Honduran government and was implemented by Fundación Capital with support from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The Center for Economic Development Studies (CEDE) at Universidad de Los Andes, through the Evaluation and Learning Platform for the Graduation Program in Latin America, conducted the program’s impact evaluation.
